Linda supports schools and trusts through training, governance reviews and chairing Interim Executive Boards for local authorities. She works with governors and trustees across different settings, including special schools, residential schools, primary and secondary and all through schools, MATs and maintained sector.
Linda has been a governor since 2009 in both MATs and maintained schools and is currently chair of governors at a high needs special school. Her consultancy work includes managing leadership change, people management and development in the SEND sector.
Linda has previous business experience, which enhances the skills required to support people development at all levels.
She believes that effective governance provides a firm foundation for schools to thrive, to be inclusive enabling pupils to have every opportunity to succeed now and in the future.
